To complete your registration, please make sure you download, print & sign the Tournament Agreement or Development Agreement, Waiver and submit payment for the Player Fees.

We will also need a copy of your child's birth certificate and proof of insurance. Once completed, you can either email copies of the aforementioned documents to info@sealsfootball.com or provide them to your coach in person.

The Tournament Teams will play tournaments throughout the club season in addition to league play.
$1200 Club Fee (includes 3 tournament fees)
$200 Uniform Fee

Developmental Team (10u/12u)
The Developmental Team will solely play in the club league.
