Our coaches are highly experienced and trained and are dedicated to helping each player reach their full potential. We practice and play hard, working on both individual and team skills, and we compete in local and regional tournaments.

We believe that participation in sports can have a positive impact on a young woman's self-esteem and confidence, and we are proud to provide a platform for girls to showcase their talents and develop a love for the game.

Seals Football also provides opportunities and exposure for players looking to compete on the high school level and potentially beyond. While girls flag football is still in its infancy, it is rapidly growing with high school and collegiate level teams and potential scholarships available.
